Vaccine and Health
For the safety of all of our guests, we require proof of the following prior to your dog's stay, along with an annual records recertification:
The following is MANDATORY:
* DHLPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Lepto, Flu & Parvo)
*Bordetella/Kennel Cough (every 6 months with at least 14 days between administration and boarding/daycare appointment, for full effectiveness)
*Rabies (every three years after initial booster)
*Negative fecal exam (annual)
*Contact information for your current veterinarian
The following are STRONGLY recommended:
* Proof of spay/neuter (unaltered dogs are permitted, but they will not be allowed around other dogs or in daycare)
*Parainfluenza (annual)
*Monthly Flea/Tick/Heartworm preventative
Behavioral Requirements
~ A behavioral assessment/meet and greet is required for all new clients prior to acceptance into daycare or boarding.
~ We reserve the right to decline or discharge dogs with any aggression, rough play, resource guarding,
excessive barking or other disruptive/destructive behaviors.
~ We reserve the right to charge a fee if your dog causes damage to facility property that will require repair/replacement (examples - walls, flooring).

Pricing
Boarding - 365 Days a year
First Dog: $50 per night stay
Second & Additional Dogs: $40 per night stay (if in the same suite as dog #1)
There will be a $20 holiday charge in addition to the nightly fees listed above on major Federal Holidays - New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving & Christmas.
Policies
Drop Off & Pick Up:
All boarding drop off and pick up times must be scheduled.
Boarding pick up time is by noon on your dog's last day. Any pick up after noon must be scheduled and a late pick up fee will be assessed.
Failure to arrive on time may result in your drop off/pick up being rescheduled to the next day, with a charge.
There are no drop off or pick up hours on major Federal Holidays.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking.
Cancellations/No Shows:
A 72 hour notice is required for the cancellation of ay daycare or boarding booking.
If a boarding reservation is cancelled under 72 hours from the arrival date or if you are a no show, the remaining balance of the booked stay will be due.
